Aurora Cannabis reported CAD 321 million in net revenue for fiscal 2026, exceeding its outlook as global medical cannabis sales rose 11%.

Aurora Cannabis posted fiscal 2026 net revenue of CAD 321 million, an 11% year-over-year increase and CAD 8 million above its guided range. The company attributed the beat to strong global medical cannabis sales, which accounted for 55% of total revenue, and disciplined cost management.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 32% to CAD 54 million, while adjusted gross margin improved to 64%. The company ended the year with CAD 165 million in cash and no debt. Fourth-quarter net revenue grew 10% to CAD 84.8 million, driven by a 14% increase in global medical cannabis revenue, including a 19% rise internationally.

Management warned fiscal 2027 will be a “reset year” due to upcoming changes in Canadian medical reimbursement policies, which are expected to pressure revenue and margins.
