Atlas Energy Solutions reports a net loss after turning profitable in 2024, despite modest revenue growth in its Permian Basin logistics business.

Atlas Energy Solutions reported nearly $1.1 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2025, a 3.7% increase from the prior year. The company, which provides proppant and logistics services in the Permian Basin, posted a net loss of $50.3 million, reversing a profitable 2024 performance that saw gains of approximately $110 million.

The loss marks a shift in profitability for the company, which serves major oil producers in West Texas and New Mexico. Customer concentration remains a risk, with the top ten customers generating 82% of total revenue and two power-segment customers accounting for over 30% of that segment’s revenue.

No immediate market reaction was disclosed in the report.
