Astroscale Holdings Inc. (OTC:ASRHF) raised ¥30.6 billion in funding from investors including Hulic and SKY Perfect JSAT, closing the transaction on June 5. The capital infusion supports the company’s expansion in on-orbit servicing, including satellite inspection and debris removal solutions.
FY2026 revenue surged 141.8% year over year to ¥5.94 billion, while project income climbed 89.0% to ¥11.5 billion. Backlog reached ¥37.9 billion, reflecting growing demand for commercial space services. The partnership with SKY Perfect JSAT aims to accelerate development of repeatable on-orbit solutions.
The funding strengthens Astroscale’s balance sheet as it transitions from demonstration projects to scalable commercial operations in the space infrastructure sector.
