ASML lifts full-year guidance after Q1 revenue rises 13% year-over-year, driven by AI semiconductor demand and services growth.

ASML Holding N.V. raised its 2026 revenue guidance to €36-40 billion from €30-35 billion, citing stronger-than-expected demand and resolved supply constraints. The company reported a 13% year-over-year revenue increase in Q1, with gross margins at 53% and its Installed Base Management segment growing 24% to €2.5 billion.

The revised outlook reflects ASML’s pivotal role in the AI semiconductor expansion, supported by demand for advanced logic production and EUV lithography adoption in DRAM. Prior guidance had projected revenue between €30-35 billion, with consensus estimates aligning near the lower end of the range.

Shares traded at $1,612.76 as of May 29, with trailing and forward P/E ratios of 53.68 and 44.44, respectively.
