Ashland posted third-quarter non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.02, surpassing estimates by $0.04, as revenue reached $497 million. The top line grew 4% year-over-year, beating projections by $11.02 million.
The company reaffirmed its full-year fiscal 2026 sales guidance of $1,835-$1,870 million, compared to a consensus of $1.85 billion. Adjusted EBITDA guidance remains at $385-$400 million.
Shares rose 2.46% in after-hours trading following the results.
