Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest purchased shares in three stocks amid a broader selling trend in its growth-focused ETFs.
Ark Invest, led by Cathie Wood, acquired shares of Space Exploration (SPCX), Roblox (RBLX), and Alamar Biosciences (ALMR) on Monday, marking its first purchases in days. The firm had previously focused on selling positions across its aggressive growth ETFs.
SpaceX (SPCX), one of the purchases, has seen volatility since its IPO, trading just 3% above its $150 debut price after shedding nearly a third of its value from its peak. Despite the pullback, SpaceX remains among the seven U.S. stocks with a market cap exceeding $2 trillion. Its Starlink division provides global communications, while its launch dominance and Starship development drive long-term potential.
The move reflects selective buying amid broader market uncertainty, though no immediate market reaction was noted.
