Arista Networks lifts full-year revenue forecast to $11.5 billion, citing strong AI-related networking sales growth.

Arista Networks increased its 2026 revenue guidance to $11.5 billion from $11.25 billion, driven by rising demand for AI networking infrastructure. The company also raised its AI-related networking revenue target to $3.5 billion from $3.25 billion, reflecting growth in high-speed Ethernet solutions for AI clusters.

The update follows strong first-quarter performance, with over 100 customers now deployed at 800 gigabits per second. Arista’s Etherlink portfolio, designed for low-latency, high-bandwidth communication, positions it as a critical player in AI infrastructure beyond GPU-focused firms.

Management highlighted the network layer’s importance in scaling AI workloads, where inefficient connectivity can idle expensive GPU hardware. The guidance revision underscores Arista’s role in enabling distributed AI computing systems.
