Ardelyx expects its commercial products, IBSRELA and XPHOZAH, to generate more than $500 million in revenue this year. The company’s CFO outlined the outlook at a healthcare conference, with IBSRELA contributing $410 million to $430 million and XPHOZAH adding $110 million to $120 million.

IBSRELA, a treatment for irritable bowel syndrome with constipation, remains the primary growth driver. The drug targets patients dissatisfied with existing therapies, leveraging a unique mechanism of action. XPHOZAH, used for hyperphosphatemia in dialysis patients, supports the revenue outlook.

Executives emphasized strategic priorities, including demand expansion, pipeline advancement, and financial performance. The company aims for sustainable profitability while maintaining a strong cash position.
