AptarGroup announced CEO Stephan Tanda will retire on September 1, 2026, with Gael Touya, current head of Aptar Pharma, succeeding him. Tanda will remain as an adviser through year-end to ensure a smooth transition.

The company reported 5% sales growth to $3.8 billion in 2025, driven by its Pharma segment. Aptar returned $486 million to shareholders via buybacks and dividends. First-quarter 2026 sales rose 11% reported, while long-term targets remain unchanged.

Shareholders at the annual meeting approved all ballot items, including director elections, executive compensation, and auditor ratification. No additional shareholder motions were presented.
