Apple Inc is poised to report fiscal third-quarter revenue of $107.8 billion, slightly below the $108.1 billion consensus, as iPhone revenue reaches $53.3 billion, aligning with expectations. UBS analysts highlight that Apple gained smartphone market share in key regions, including the US, Europe, and China, without raising prices during the quarter.

The iPhone segment is expected to show about 20% year-over-year growth, supported by demand for higher-end models and rising component costs favoring premium devices. Services revenue is projected to grow 13% on a foreign exchange-neutral basis, tracking estimates despite supply chain pressures.

Apple shares trade at 35 times forward earnings, a valuation UBS suggests may limit upside potential even if results exceed expectations.
