Anthropic disclosed annualized revenue exceeding $30 billion in early 2026, roughly tripling since the end of 2025, as its Claude AI model gains traction. The company filed a draft registration with the SEC, signaling an upcoming IPO, while demand for AI computing capacity surges.

Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) is a key beneficiary, supplying over 1 million Trainium 2 chips to Anthropic. Amazon’s chip business surpassed $20 billion in annualized revenue in Q1, growing at triple-digit rates. Anthropic has committed to spend over $100 billion on AWS over the next decade, including 5 gigawatts of compute capacity, equivalent to three-quarters of AWS’s trailing-12-month revenue of $37.6 billion.

AWS revenue rose 28% year over year in Q1, underscoring the financial impact of AI infrastructure investments. Anthropic’s $13 billion investment from Amazon, with plans to reach $20 billion, further strengthens the partnership.
