Joseph Flinn, a board member at Hut 8 Corp. (NASDAQ: $HUT), has sold $4.5 million U.S. worth of company stock.
The sales were executed on June 11 and 12 of this year at prices ranging from $115.94 U.S. to $119.44 U.S

At the end of May, Amy Wilkinson, a member of Hut 8’s board of directors, sold $2 million U.S. of company stock. Regulatory filings showed that Wilkinson sold 20,000 shares of Hut 8 stock on May 21 for proceeds of $2.02 million U.S. Also this year, Hut 8 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Sean Glennan and Victor Semah, Chief Legal Officer, have each sold HUT stock as it continues to rally.
