Defense tech firm Anduril eyes $40 billion valuation jump in latest funding round amid surging sector investment.
Defense technology company Anduril is negotiating a new funding round that could value the firm at $100 billion, a $40 billion increase from its $61 billion valuation in May. The raise may be structured in two stages, with both tranches potentially closing within the year.
Anduril’s valuation has surged alongside rising demand for drones, autonomous systems, and AI-driven defense solutions. The company last raised $5 billion in May, doubling its prior $30.5 billion valuation from June 2025. Sector-wide venture funding hit $12 billion in the first half of 2026, surpassing the $10 billion total for all of 2025.
Anduril has secured contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense, NATO, and multiple European governments. Revenue more than doubled to $2.2 billion in 2025, reflecting broader industry growth driven by global conflicts.
