The revised outlook follows a period of stable occupancy and rental rate growth across its senior housing and medical office portfolios. Management cited improved demand trends and cost controls as key drivers behind the upward adjustments.

During the earnings call, CEO Jeffrey Hanson announced the retirement of Danny Prosky, who had been on medical leave since February. Prosky remains engaged in an advisory capacity.
