The packaging firm taps executives with Fortune 200 experience to lead key divisions amid leadership transitions.
Amcor named Ryan Yost as president of global flexible packaging solutions and Kate Pearlman as senior vice president for investor relations and treasury. Yost joins from Avery Dennison, where he led the $6bn Materials Group, while Pearlman arrives from Lowe’s, where she oversaw investor relations and treasury functions.
The appointments follow the planned departures of Fred Stephan, who is retiring, and Tracey Whitehead, who is pursuing other opportunities. Both new hires bring over two decades of experience in their respective fields, with backgrounds in commercial operations, supply chains, and risk management.
CEO Peter Konieczny stated the new leaders will help drive growth and build momentum as Amcor positions itself for its next phase. The moves reflect the company’s focus on strengthening leadership in core business areas.
