Alpek reported second-quarter revenue of $2.15B, up 28% year-over-year, driven by higher volumes and pricing. Comparable EBITDA rose 169% to $336M, while net income reached $266M, reversing a $26M loss a year earlier.
Operating income climbed to $369M from $31M in the prior-year period. Volume increased 5% to 1.175M tons, and operating free cash flow totaled $127M.
The company raised its full-year 2026 comparable EBITDA guidance to $750M-$800M from $450M-$550M previously.
