ADMA Biologics (NASDAQ:ADMA) is embroiled in a federal securities lawsuit alleging the company inflated revenues for its flagship product through channel stuffing and concealed a distribution relationship tied to a senior executive. The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, accuses ADMA and executives of making false statements about revenue growth and internal controls.

The allegations follow a March 24, 2026, short-seller report by Culper Research. Despite the legal scrutiny, Raymond James analyst Ryan Deschner resumed coverage on June 10, 2026, with an “Outperform” rating and a $21 price target, citing ADMA’s profitability and growth insulated from policy risks.

The lawsuit contrasts with bullish analyst sentiment, creating uncertainty around ADMA’s financial disclosures and future performance.
