ACRE’s first-quarter 2026 results fell short of analyst expectations, with revenue declining year-over-year amid macroeconomic pressures.
ACRE posted Q1 2026 earnings that missed consensus estimates, with revenue dropping 8% year-over-year to $452 million. The company cited weaker demand in its core markets and higher operational costs as key factors behind the decline.
Analysts had projected revenue of $470 million for the quarter, compared to $490 million in Q1 2025. Operating margins also narrowed to 12.3% from 14.1% in the same period last year.
Shares of ACRE edged lower in after-hours trading following the release.
