ACG Acquisition is set to begin copper and zinc concentrate production at its Gediktepe mine in western Turkey by the end of August. The new flotation plant marks a shift from gold and silver doré output, with commissioning now underway.

Management guided for 20,000 to 22,000 tonnes of copper equivalent in 2026, including ongoing gold and silver production. The company’s oxide output already exceeded full-year guidance in the first half due to improved recoveries and processing technology.

The pivot to copper-zinc is expected to enhance liquidity and debt metrics, with potential dividends once restrictive bonds are refinanced. ACG remains optimistic about copper demand, citing growth in key sectors.
