Aave’s rsETH recovery plan enters phase II
Aave has released Phase II of its rsETH recovery plan, confirming that the attacker’s Aave V3 positions were liquidated on May 6.
The Arbitrum DAO voted to return $71 million in recovered ETH to Aave users.
A court has permitted the transfer of restricted assets to Aave LLC, which will borrow funds to cover the shortfall until the assets are legally returned.
