Brinker International (NYSE:EAT) EVP and CMO George S. Felix sold 21,501 shares on August 13-14 at a weighted average price of $240.01, totaling $5.16 million. The transaction included 7,152 shares withheld for tax liabilities and 14,349 shares sold outright.
Following the sale, Felix retains 6,293 shares, valued at $1.49 million as of August 14. Brinker operates over 1,600 casual dining restaurants, including Chili’s and Maggiano’s, with a market capitalization of $10.2 billion and trailing-twelve-month revenue of $5.7 billion.
The company reported net income of $462.9 million, driven by a 71% sales increase at Chili’s, attributed to recent marketing strategies.
