Nebius (NASDAQ: NBIS) lifted its contracted power guidance for year-end 2026 to 5 gigawatts, up from 4 gigawatts in May and 3 gigawatts in February. The company attributes the increase to new sites across North America and Europe, driven by rising demand for AI infrastructure.

The revised target follows a series of deals with major tech firms, including a $27 billion agreement with Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) spanning five years. Nebius expects to begin delivering capacity under that contract in early 2027. The company’s pipeline expansion aligns with broader industry trends as cloud providers scale to meet AI workloads.

Shares of Nebius have nearly tripled year-to-date, reflecting investor confidence in its growth trajectory. Analysts note the upgraded guidance may sustain the stock’s momentum amid ongoing AI-driven demand.
