The company’s bitcoin holdings declined in value to $557 million as digital asset losses weighed on earnings.
Trump Media & Technology Group reported $360.6 million in losses on digital assets during the first half of 2026. The decline stemmed from a drop in bitcoin’s fair value, which fell to $557 million from $836 million at year-end 2025.
The company held 9,477 bitcoin at the end of June, down from 9,542 at the close of 2025. A portion of its holdings—over 6,300 BTC—was pledged as collateral for convertible notes and an options strategy.
The results follow Trump Media’s decision to abandon plans for a publicly traded CRO treasury company and an ETF servicing partnership with Crypto.com earlier this month.
