Materion raised its 2026 adjusted EPS outlook to $6.80–$7.20 after reporting record Q2 sales and earnings growth.

Materion posted record second-quarter value-added sales of $308.2 million, up 15% year over year, and adjusted EPS of $1.90, a 39% increase. Adjusted EBITDA rose 29% to $71.8 million, with margins expanding 250 basis points to 23.3%.

The company cited broad-based demand, with semiconductor sales up 23%, telecom and data-center sales nearly 50%, and energy shipments over 20% higher. Backlog grew roughly 30% year over year, driven by defense, aerospace, and semiconductor orders.

Materion raised its 2026 outlook, now expecting mid-teens sales growth and adjusted EPS of $6.80–$7.20, up from the prior $6.00–$6.50 range. The revision reflects continued momentum across its operating segments.
