Tesla’s China plant shipped 93,579 vehicles in July, marking a ninth straight month of annual gains driven by rising exports.

Tesla’s Shanghai factory delivered 93,579 vehicles in July, a 37.85% increase from a year earlier, extending its streak of year-on-year gains to nine months. The figure set a record for July and was the highest since December 2025, when shipments reached 97,171 units.

Year-to-date wholesale volumes rose 29.88% to 561,528 units, with exports accounting for the bulk of growth. Second-quarter exports hit 128,394 vehicles, surpassing domestic deliveries for the first time. Meanwhile, China deliveries fell 2.05% in Q2, marking a fifth consecutive quarterly decline.

Model 3 sales in China dropped 27.72% in the first half, while Model Y volumes remained stable at 172,513 units. Domestic market share of Tesla’s global volume dipped below 30% for the first time since Q4 2020.
