Ralph Lauren (NYSE:RL) shareholders elected all board nominees and approved the company’s executive-compensation plan at its 2026 annual meeting. The vote followed a year in which revenue surpassed $8 billion, as highlighted by Executive Chairman Ralph Lauren during the virtual gathering.

The company ratified Ernst & Young LLP as its independent auditor for fiscal 2027, ending April 3, 2027. Stockholders representing over one-third of outstanding voting shares participated, meeting quorum requirements. Class A and Class B directors were elected with majority support, while executive pay was approved on an advisory basis.
