Jacobs Solutions secures role as Owner’s Engineer for Tilt Renewables’ 288MW wind farm project near Adelaide, set to complete in 2028.
Jacobs Solutions Inc. (NYSE:J) will serve as Owner’s Engineer for Tilt Renewables’ 288-megawatt Palmer Wind Farm in South Australia. The project includes 407.2MW wind turbine generators and grid connection via two new substations and a transmission line to the Tungkillo switching station.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with completion targeted for 2028. Jacobs will oversee design reviews, construction monitoring, and grid connection support. The contract follows recent wins in U.S. infrastructure projects, including highway improvements in California.
Truist analyst Jamie Cook lowered Jacobs’ price target to $149 from $150 on July 2 but maintained a Hold rating, citing strong sector demand trends in power, data centers, and infrastructure.
