Analysts expect Nike to post $10.86 billion in revenue for Q4, below earlier forecasts due to weak China sales and tariff pressures.
Nike is set to release fiscal fourth-quarter earnings after the bell, with revenue projected to decline 2% to 4% to $10.86 billion. The company previously warned of a sales drop for the rest of the calendar year, citing a 7% revenue decline in Greater China to $1.62 billion last quarter.
Wall Street had anticipated a 1.9% revenue increase, but Nike’s guidance fell short. Gross margins were pressured by higher North American tariffs, though tariff refunds may offset some losses. Analysts forecast full-year revenue of $46.27 billion, with earnings per share at $1.51.
North America saw a 3% sales increase in the prior quarter, but China’s downturn remains a key concern. The company expects low single-digit sales declines for the remainder of the year.
