Circle Internet Group leads three publicly traded firms poised to benefit from Europe’s July 1 MiCA regulation, analysts say.

Three stocks are emerging as key beneficiaries of Europe’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation, set to take full effect on July 1. Analysts identified Circle Internet Group (CRCL) as the top pick, citing its dominance in the euro stablecoin market under the new rules.

Circle’s EURC stablecoin now holds roughly half of the euro stablecoin market, while its USDC is among the few top-10 stablecoins compliant with MiCA. However, institutional money flow data shows net selling pressure, with the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) at -0.34, signaling caution among large investors.

Options positioning suggests a more optimistic near-term outlook, though sustained distribution could trigger further profit-taking if the CMF breaks below its current channel.
