Verra Mobility (NASDAQ:VRRM) announced organizational changes to streamline operations and enhance customer focus, including the appointment of Stacey Moser as Chief Customer Officer. Moser will oversee sales, account management, and marketing across the company’s Commercial Services and Government Solutions segments to improve alignment and responsiveness.
The restructuring follows a review by the company’s Transformation Committee, which recommended a hybrid model centralizing key functions under the CEO while integrating customer-facing teams. The changes aim to reduce complexity and improve cost efficiency. Jon Baldwin, Executive Vice President of Government Solutions, will depart on July 9.
Verra Mobility will continue operating its T2 Systems business independently to maintain focus on parking sector clients. The company provides smart mobility technology solutions across government and commercial markets.
