GMEX Robotics reduces outstanding Class A shares from 8.13M to approximately 903,642 after reverse split approval.

GMEX Robotics will execute a 1-for-9 reverse stock split for its Class A and Class B shares, set to take effect on July 2, 2026. The move aims to adjust share price and reduce outstanding shares, with Class A shares trading post-split on Nasdaq the same day.

The reverse split will cut the company’s outstanding Class A shares from 8.13 million to roughly 903,642, while warrants and equity rights will be adjusted proportionately. Prior to the announcement, GMEX shares had not undergone a similar corporate action in recent years.

GMEX shares fell 6.4% in post-market trading following the announcement.
