The partnership combines Satellogic’s satellite constellation with SynMax’s AI to deliver high-resolution geospatial products to defense clients.
Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ:SATL) and SynMax announced a collaboration on June 23, 2026, to develop AI-powered geospatial intelligence products for defense and intelligence customers. The deal integrates SynMax’s agentic intelligence layer with Satellogic’s satellite network, including existing high-resolution assets and the upcoming Merlin constellation.
Merlin aims to provide global coverage at one-meter resolution, with the first launch scheduled for October. Roth Capital maintained a Buy rating and $15 price target on Satellogic, citing unchanged growth fundamentals and expected international government contracts.
Satellogic also disclosed the planned departure of CFO Rick Dunn, who will remain during a transition period as the company searches for a successor. CEO Emiliano Kargieman credited Dunn with guiding the company’s Nasdaq listing.
