Analysts raise Host Hotels & Resorts targets after stronger-than-expected revenue per available room growth and moderating hotel prices.
BMO Capital raised its price target on Host Hotels & Resorts (NASDAQ:HST) to $27 from $24 and maintained an Outperform rating on June 12, 2026. The firm cited strong RevPAR performance, which may drive Q2 results higher even without World Cup-related upside. Expectations for the event remain low, and hotel prices have moderated at 70% of lodging REIT hotels since April.
Ladenburg also increased its target to $28 from $25 on June 10, keeping a Buy rating. Earlier, Raymond James lifted its target to $27 from $22 after updating lodging REIT models post-Q1 earnings and NAREIT REIT Week updates. Analysts noted RevPAR growth has exceeded expectations despite subdued World Cup forecasts.
Host Hotels & Resorts, a self-administered REIT, owns hotel properties. The upgrades reflect confidence in operational performance amid easing pricing pressures.
