I-80 Gold will terminate its gold offtake agreement with Vox Royalty, settling with 3.45 million shares valued at $4.8m, or $1.39 per share. The shares were issued under an existing US shelf registration, with completion expected by June 2026.

The deal previously required i-80 Gold to deliver up to 40,000oz of refined gold annually from its Nevada projects through 2028, priced on a lookback basis. The original agreement dates to 2016 and was transferred through multiple entities before being held by Vox Royalty.

Ending the agreement allows i-80 Gold to manage gold sales based on market conditions and explore stockpiling options, aligning with plans for its Lone Tree Plant.
