Investors await Tesla’s Q2 delivery figures to gauge if its automotive rebound is sustainable amid a 2025 demand decline.
Tesla is expected to report second-quarter vehicle deliveries in early July, a key indicator of demand recovery after a challenging 2025. The year-over-year growth rate will be closely watched as the first test of sustained momentum in its core automotive business.
In 2025, Tesla delivered 1.64 million vehicles, an 8.6% drop from nearly 1.8 million in 2024. Q1 2026 saw a 6.3% rebound to 358,023 deliveries, though production outpaced demand by 50,000 units, raising investor concerns.
Wall Street consensus forecasts around 406,000 deliveries for Q2, with bullish estimates near 420,000. Clearing the 384,122 vehicles delivered in Q2 2025 would signal a meaningful recovery.
