SpaceX joins Nasdaq-100 index less than a month after IPO
SpaceX will be added to the Nasdaq-100 index, marking one of the quickest additions ever.
The company’s inclusion is a result of Nasdaq’s recently adopted fast-track framework for newly public companies.
The aerospace company is expected to enter the index with a weighting of less than 1%, and its addition could create another source of demand for the stock.
