McCormick reports adjusted EPS of $0.80, topping estimates, as net sales climb to $1.94 billion in Q2 2026.

McCormick & Company Inc (NYSE:MKC) reported fiscal second-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.80 per share, exceeding analyst estimates of $0.70. Revenue reached $1.94 billion, up 16.7% year-over-year, driven by pricing actions, cost savings, and the McCormick de Mexico acquisition.

The company’s adjusted operating income surged 30.1% to $336 million, while gross profit margin expanded by 270 basis points to 40.2%. Organic sales grew 1.7%, with consumer segment sales rising 22.8% to $1.14 billion and Flavor Solutions sales increasing 8.9% to $794 million.

Shares climbed more than 5% following the results, which also reaffirmed full-year guidance. Higher commodity costs and Middle East conflict-related expenses partly offset gains.
