Mortgage rates increased by 7 basis points to 6.42%
The current 30-year fixed mortgage rate rose by 7 basis points to 6.42%. The 15-year fixed rate increased by 1 basis point to 5.79%, and the 5/1 ARM rose by 40 basis points to 6.70%.
Mortgage refinance rates also changed, with the 30-year fixed refinance rate at 6.30% and the 15-year fixed refinance rate at 5.87%.
