The acquisition marks Salesforce’s 15th deal since May 2025 as the company accelerates innovation amid AI-driven market shifts. Analysts at Jefferies highlighted the move as a catalyst for broader AI adoption within Salesforce’s installed base, reinforcing its competitive positioning.
Following the announcement, Canaccord Genuity maintained its Buy rating and $225 price target on Salesforce, while Truist also reiterated a positive outlook. The deal is expected to close pending regulatory approvals.
