SpaceX will sell 555.6 million shares at $135 each in its upcoming IPO, aiming to raise $75 billion and achieve a $1.75 trillion valuation. The roadshow begins Thursday, marking an unusual move to set a specific price before investor presentations.

The $1.75 trillion valuation reflects a significant increase from SpaceX’s $1.25 trillion private market valuation post-merger with xAI. Companies typically finalize pricing after investor feedback, making this pre-set target rare.

SpaceX’s prospectus reveals financial ties with Tesla, including $697 million in Tesla Megapack purchases and $131 million in Cybertrucks. Tesla also invested $2 billion in xAI, later converted into SpaceX stock.
