Voyager Technologies (NYSE:VOYG) will acquire Astrobotic Technology in a deal worth up to $300 million, expanding its lunar infrastructure portfolio. The transaction targets enhanced capabilities in lunar delivery, surface power, and reusable spaceflight technologies.

Astrobotic is known for its Peregrine and Griffin lunar landers and LunaGrid power systems. The deal follows rising demand for sustained lunar operations from space agencies and private partners, positioning Voyager to support repeatable Moon missions.

Voyager CEO Dylan Taylor said the acquisition strengthens the company’s ability to build operational systems for a permanent U.S. lunar presence. Astrobotic’s CEO highlighted the deal’s role in scaling its lunar delivery mission.
