Roundhill Financial launches LOHA ETF focusing on industrials and commodities amid surging data center power demand.
Roundhill Financial introduced the Halo ETF (LOHA), a rules-based fund targeting companies with heavy assets and low obsolescence risk. The ETF excludes most financials and tech, with industrials comprising 36% of the portfolio. The strategy is designed to capitalize on demand for physical infrastructure driven by AI and data centers.
Key holdings include Cummins (CMI), Southern Copper (SCCO), and J.B. Hunt Transport Services (JBHT). Cummins reported Q1 2026 Power Systems revenue of $1.96B, up 19% YoY, while Southern Copper saw net income rise 66.7% to $1.579B. J.B. Hunt posted Q1 2026 revenue of $3.06B, a 4.6% increase.
The ETF reflects a contrarian approach, emphasizing sectors less vulnerable to disruption, such as mining and manufacturing, as data center power demand outpaces expectations.
