The result exceeded analyst expectations of $157.2 million by 36%, driven by high project volumes and demand for energy solutions tied to AI data centers and grid infrastructure.

The company’s pivot from legacy industrial boilers to clean-energy and high-margin power generation has accelerated growth, with macro tailwinds in utility and industrial sectors fueling top-line expansion. Situational Awareness LP maintained its 1.3 million-share stake in BW during Q1 2026, first acquired in Q4 2025.
