Greenwave Technology Solutions faces potential delisting after failing to file its Q1 2026 10-Q on time, triggering a second Nasdaq notice.
Greenwave Technology Solutions (GWAV) disclosed it received a second Nasdaq delinquency notice for not filing its Q1 2026 Form 10-Q by the deadline. The company previously missed the FY2025 Form 10-K filing, leaving both reports non-compliant with Nasdaq rules.
Nasdaq warned that repeated delays could result in delisting if compliance is not restored. GWAV must submit a compliance plan by June 22, 2026, and may receive an extension until October 12, 2026, if approved, allowing continued trading on the exchange.
The company did not provide further details on the reasons for the delayed filings or its plans to address the issue.
