The acquisition of Synthesis Wealth Planning boosts Bluespring’s assets under management by $1.1bn, marking its fifth deal in 2026.
Bluespring Wealth has agreed to acquire Synthesis Wealth Planning, a New Jersey-based advisory firm affiliated with Kestra Financial. The deal adds approximately $1.1bn in assets under management, including assets from Synthesis’s prior acquisition of IFG Wealth Strategies.
Bluespring completed nine acquisitions in 2025, involving over $6bn in AUM. Synthesis, founded in 2018, grew its assets from $200m to $1.1bn since inception. The transaction strengthens Bluespring’s presence in New Jersey and Florida.
The acquisition is part of Bluespring’s strategy to scale through inorganic growth, supporting Synthesis’s goal of expanding client relationships while maintaining service levels.
