Measures include a full ban on transactions with Russian crypto service providers and platforms, as well as prohibitions on the use and support of the digital rouble and the RUBx stablecoin.
The package also targets Russia’s financial system, imposing transaction bans on 20 Russian banks and additional entities. — link
