Cloudflare reported $696.1 million in Q2 revenue, trailing Palo Alto Networks’ $3 billion in Q3 fiscal 2026 amid AI-driven cybersecurity expansion.
Cloudflare generated $696.1 million in revenue during the second quarter, significantly behind Palo Alto Networks’ $3 billion in its fiscal 2026 third quarter. The cybersecurity sector is expanding at an 11.9% CAGR through 2033, fueled by AI-driven demand for protection against evolving threats.
Palo Alto Networks, a more established player, reported profitability in prior quarters, while Cloudflare continues to operate at a loss. Cloudflare’s Q2 GAAP loss equated to 30% of revenue, partly due to one-time severance costs, compared to a 10% loss in Q1.
Despite slower revenue growth, Cloudflare’s expansion rate outpaces Palo Alto Networks, reflecting its position in a high-growth segment of the cybersecurity market.
