Visionstate Corp. will raise up to C$750K through a non-brokered private placement, issuing 37.5M units at C$0.02 each. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at C$0.05 for 24 months.
Approximately C$400K of the offering is already allocated to investors. Proceeds will support international market expansion, distribution growth outside Canada, and development of AI-driven compliance intelligence tools.
