Solana’s transaction volume surged to 4.2 billion in July, driving SOL to $100 as tokenized real-world assets near $4 billion.
Solana processed a record 4.2 billion transactions in July, a 13.5% increase from June and a 91% rise since December. The surge in activity coincides with a broader crypto market recovery, pushing SOL above $100 for the first time since February.
The network’s growth aligns with expanding tokenized real-world assets, which now total nearly $4 billion on Solana, up 11.8% over the past month. Across all tracked blockchains, tokenized RWAs exceed $38 billion.
SOL has rallied 40% in eight days, fueled by lower bond yields after the U.S. Treasury announced plans to double long-dated bond buybacks to $4 billion per operation.
