Dropbox Inc. CFO Ross Tennenbaum sold 20,326 shares of Class A Common Stock on August 17, generating approximately $700,000 based on a weighted average sale price of $34.42. The transaction occurred one day after the stock closed at $33.38, per an SEC Form 4 filing.

The sale was executed as a non-discretionary event for tax obligations, according to the filing. Tennenbaum retains 759,000 shares directly, valued at $25.7 million as of the August 18 market close at $33.87. He also holds restricted stock units vesting through November 15, 2029, contingent on continued service.

Dropbox operates a subscription-based SaaS model, offering file management and collaboration tools to consumer and enterprise segments. The company recently raised its guidance, though the CFO’s sale is unrelated to valuation concerns.
